    Had breakfast in the restaurant, it was varied and fresh made with big amounts, fresh fish and such large selections. The hotel was in a top and best possible location, in the restaurant or the foyer. Spent our evenings in nearby Das Versteck enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

    I liked the size of the room for the price.

    I didnt like the fact that I got a suite and their was no difference from the standard rooms. I didnt like that I was charged an extra 30 euro for extra cleaning that never took place. The hotel manager was rude and lied about things and said he ws the boss and he had no boss. It was not a very pleasing stay.

    We had some noise issues in the morning from the loading bay when staying in room 205, but it wasn't a huge deal since I'm usually up early.

    Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, with a classic style. Beds were comfortable. A truly four star hotel. Great location: 5 minutes walk to metro station, 20 minutes walk to Berlin zoo. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

    Everything about the hotel was simply fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was the size of a small apartment and this was great.

    The shower could have a sill to prevent water sipll on to the rest of the bathroom floor.

    The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Güntzelstraße U-Bahn station, with access to key business areas. The room was a Comfort Double or Twin Room, with a large, comfortable bed and a well-designed layout that catered to my work needs perfectly, including ample power outlets and a touch-controlled lighting system. The staff were professional and responsive, assisting efficiently when I needed adjustments made to my meeting setup.

    The breakfast area was somewhat cramped during peak hours.
